MInimum requirements to work at TAS are:
       1. a masters degree in the business
       2. union membership (SAG, AFTRA, EQUITY)
       3. HAVE HAD SPEAKING ROLES IN UNION SANCTIONED MOVIES, TV SHOWS, AND COMMERCIALS...extras are not actors
       4. must pass a criminal background test
       5. must have prior teaching experience
